Terms of Service

1. General Terms
This document defines the terms of cooperation between Business Without Routine (hereinafter — the Contractor) and the Client (hereinafter — the Customer) for automation services: Telegram bots, parsers, mini CRM systems, API integrations, and automated reports.
By submitting a request through the website or Telegram, the Customer accepts the terms described below.
2. Scope Of Services
The Contractor provides the following types of services:
- Development of Telegram bots for lead capture, notifications, and process automation
- Website and marketplace parsers for data collection and monitoring
- Mini CRM systems and admin panels for business management
- API integrations between websites, CRM, payment systems, Telegram, and spreadsheets
- Automated report generation and scheduled delivery
The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline are defined individually for each project and agreed upon via Telegram or email before work begins.
3. Work Process
- Request: The Customer describes the task via the website form or Telegram
- Estimation: The Contractor provides an MVP plan, timeline, and budget range (free of charge)
- Agreement: Both parties agree on scope, deliverables, timeline, and price
- Prepayment: The Customer pays 50% of the agreed amount (or as otherwise agreed)
- Development: The Contractor delivers the MVP within the agreed timeline
- Review: The Customer tests the result and provides feedback
- Final payment: The Customer pays the remaining amount upon acceptance
- Support: 30 days of free bug-fix support after delivery
4. Pricing And Payment
- Pricing is determined individually for each project based on scope and complexity
- Indicative prices for standard services are listed on the website
- Payment methods: bank transfer, card payment, cryptocurrency (by agreement)
- Prepayment: 50% before work starts, 50% upon delivery (unless otherwise agreed)
- For international clients: invoices in USD/EUR via PayPal or bank transfer
5. Guarantees
- MVP or refund: If the agreed MVP is not delivered, the prepayment is refunded
- Fixed timeline: If the Contractor misses the agreed deadline without valid reason, a 10% discount is applied
- 30-day support: Free bug fixes and minor adjustments for 30 days after delivery
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide clear task description and necessary access (API keys, accounts, data)
- Respond to questions and provide feedback within 2 business days
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
7. Contractor Responsibilities
- Deliver the agreed scope within the agreed timeline
- Provide source code and documentation
- Respond to questions and provide status updates
- Maintain confidentiality of the Customer's data
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the custom-developed software transfer to the Customer. The Contractor retains the right to use anonymized technical solutions and approaches in future projects.
9. Limitation Of Liability
The Contractor's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. The Contractor is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages caused by third-party service outages (hosting, APIs, etc.).
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
